Privacy
This site sets no cookies, does not measure your visit and shares nothing with anyone who is not needed to reply to you. This is all there is to it.
Who handles your data
Mª Ruth Lozano Rodríguez, in Santa Cruz de Tenerife (Canary Islands, Spain). Write to the email address in the contact section for anything relating to your data.
What data is collected
Only what you type: your name, your email address and — optionally — an approximate date, a number of guests and a message. Nothing else.
If you would rather write on WhatsApp or by email, the data is whatever that message carries, and it travels through the service you chose rather than through this site.
What it is used for
To answer your enquiry and, if it goes ahead, to organise the tasting or the training. It is not used to send you marketing, and there is no mailing list to end up on.
The legal basis is your consent, given by ticking the box on the form. You can withdraw it at any time by sending an email.
Who else sees it
Two providers, and only because the site cannot work without them: Web3Forms, which delivers the form to Ruth’s inbox, and Cloudflare, which hosts the site. Neither uses your data for their own purposes.
How long it is kept
For as long as it takes to reply and, if a booking goes ahead, for as long as tax rules require the corresponding invoice to be kept. After that it is deleted.
Your rights
You can ask for access to your data, for it to be corrected or deleted, or object to or restrict its processing, by writing to the contact address. If you believe something has been handled badly, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
